Is my LinkedIn account safe?

Yes. Since Inboundy launched, not a single account has been suspended, neither mine nor any user’s, and nobody has received a message from LinkedIn saying their account will be closed. Inboundy’s safety mechanisms prevent that: it stays within limits and behaves like a person, with pauses between messages, only during the day and with an automatic pause on warning signs. That is cleaner than tools that push volume.

Why cloud instead of a browser plugin?

Because you install nothing and maintain nothing. Inboundy works on the server, not in your browser: your computer can be switched off, and a browser update changes nothing for you. Only when your LinkedIn session expires do you need to reconnect your account.

Do messages go out automatically?

That depends on the mode you choose. With Review Each, only messages you have seen and approved go out. With Quick Send you review one sample message and confirm it, then the AI writes an individual message for each contact in the same style, without individual approval. Quick Send is the default, so check the mode before you start. You can switch modes as long as no sending is running. Connection requests go out automatically, without individual approval.

Inboundy is a German product. Your data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (Supabase/AWS, Hostinger). For AI text suggestions profile data is transmitted to OpenRouter (USA). We do not sell your data and do not train models on it. A data processing agreement is part of the Terms.

Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes. You can cancel at any time, with no minimum term. Cancelling only ends the subscription at the end of the billing period, and your data stays. If you want it gone, choose “Delete account” in the settings. That removes your contacts, lists, campaigns, posts and your LinkedIn connection. After that, Inboundy sends you no mails of its own, and your address stays only on a block list so that no marketing mail reaches you. Invoice data has to be kept by law, usually for 10 years, and some data may still sit in backups.

Can Inboundy write in several languages?

Yes. Inboundy writes AI messages in 7 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. The automation picks the language based on the language it presumes the recipient speaks. Posts are available in German and English, and so is the interface.
