How Inboundy started
A Blender add-on that became Inboundy.
I had built an add-on for Blender and wanted to get it seen on LinkedIn. I hated doing all of that by hand.
So I automated the marketing. That became Inboundy.

Who is behind Inboundy?
Me, Lorenz Wieseke from Leipzig, Germany. I built Inboundy to market my own Blender add-on and have kept developing it since. Inboundy is funded by the InnoStartBonus programme in Saxony.
Do I have to approve every post?
Up to you. You can approve each post before it goes live or let the calendar run. Automatic publishing starts with Premium. On Basic you publish 3 posts a month by hand.
Does this work for a physical product too?
Yes. Posts are created from your idea or a link, for example to your product page. You decide what Inboundy writes about.
Does everyone who likes a post get a message?
From Premium, people who like or comment on one of your posts automatically get a personal message, up to a daily limit: 10 a day on Premium, 25 on Pro. People you are not connected with get a connection request instead.
What happens to the data?
Data is stored in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. For AI text suggestions, profile data is sent to OpenRouter in the USA. I don't sell data and don't use it to train models. The data processing agreement is part of the terms.
