Why I built Inboundy
I am not a recruiter myself. But I find my own clients and write to people who get a lot of messages every day. I know how quickly a message that sounds like a template gets ignored.
That is why I built Inboundy so that, for all the automation, every message stays personal: it is written from the profile, in your voice, and you approve each one yourself before it goes out.
The search can run automatically. The conversation with a candidate should come from you.

Can I find candidates by job title and location?
Yes. You enter a search term such as a job title, plus a location. Inboundy sends connection requests to matching profiles every day and collects everyone who accepts in a list with their role and company.
Won't this feel like a mass mailing?
That's exactly what I wanted to avoid. Every message is written for one contact. The AI reads the profile and can use their latest post as a starting point if you like. With one-by-one review you see every draft first and only send what you approve.
Can I take my contacts into my CRM?
Yes, as a CSV file. Every list can be exported with one click, and you import the file into your CRM or applicant tracking system. E-mail and phone are included when the contact shows them in their LinkedIn profile. There is no direct integration.
Can I message candidates I'm not connected with?
No. Inboundy only writes to your contacts, meaning people who accepted your request. It does not send InMails to strangers.
What happens to profile data?
Data is stored in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. For AI text suggestions, profile data is sent to OpenRouter in the USA. I don't sell data and don't use it to train models. The data processing agreement is part of the terms.
Does my computer need to be on?
No. Inboundy runs in the cloud, with no browser extension. Daily limits are deliberately conservative for every plan, and messages go out during the day with pauses in between.
